Waifu provides an AI character conversation service ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Waifu offers both a free tier and paid features (Gems and Premium subscriptions) to enhance your experience.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, please ensure a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or solicit content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of real individuals.
• Depicts or promotes sexual exploitation of minors.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters or extract dangerous information.
• Is used for unauthorized commercial scraping or data harvesting.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Account Responsibility

Your account is identified by a device-generated identifier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with others. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Virtual Items and Payments

Waifu offers virtual currency ("Gems") and Premium subscriptions:

• Gems are consumed to unlock AI responses and features. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All purchases are final. Gems and subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
• Unused Gems do not expire while your account is active.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing, Gem costs, or feature availability with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Run aWei Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Content you create within the Service (such as custom characters) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operating and improving the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI characters in Waifu are fictional entities. Their responses are generated by AI and do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run aWei Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused Gems will be forfeited upon account termination.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
