What are Gems?
Gems are the virtual currency in Waifu. They power your conversations with AI characters. Each message you send consumes a certain number of Gems, depending on the AI model you choose.
Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Unused Gems do not expire while your account remains active.
How to Earn Gems
Daily Login Reward
Every user receives free Gems just by opening the app each day. This is the easiest way to keep your Gems topped up.
Premium Subscription Bonus
Waifu+ and Waifu Pro subscribers receive a monthly Gem bonus and higher daily Gem rewards:
- Free tier: 10 Gems per day
- Waifu+: 15 Gems per day + 2,000 Gems per month
- Waifu Pro: 20 Gems per day + 3,000 Gems per month

You can purchase Gem packages at any time through in-app purchase:
- 360 Gems — $2.99
- 1,100 Gems — $8.99
- 1,860 Gems — $14.99
- 6,800 Gems — $49.99
- 19,200 Gems — $129.99
- 43,200 Gems — $249.99
Prices may vary by region and platform. Larger packages offer better value per Gem.
How Gems are Used
Gems are consumed when you interact with AI characters:
- Sending messages: Each message costs Gems based on the AI model selected
- AI model selection: More advanced models cost more Gems per message
- Waifu Pro subscribers can use certain models for free
Important Notes
- Gems are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law
- Gems cannot be transferred between accounts
- We reserve the right to adjust Gem pricing and costs with reasonable notice
