How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your Waifu account, please send an email to wei@weic.ai with the subject line "Delete Account". Include the email address associated with your account so we can locate and process your request.

We will process your deletion request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once completed.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile and account information
• All conversation history with AI characters
• Custom characters you have created
• Character memories and preferences
• Any remaining Gems balance

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Before requesting account deletion, please cancel any active subscriptions through:

• iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions
• Web: Contact us at wei@weic.ai

If you do not cancel your subscription before account deletion, you may continue to be charged by Apple or Google until you cancel directly through the platform.

Data Retention

After account deletion, we may retain certain anonymized data for legitimate business purposes such as analytics and service improvement. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

We may also retain data as required by applicable laws or regulations.
